I like the look of this handguard better, so I went with it, although the wobble in the front only goes away if you stake the tenon. Which means you have to remove the magtube. Or you modify one little part: The screws that hold the guard to the tenon. If they are long enough, the tenon not just centers itself on the magtube, it also prevents the guard from moving. A #10-32x1/4" socket set screw (instead of the sling stud) screwed all the way down to the magtube gives it extra stability. It's rock solid now, I'm very happy. This is such an easy solution, I can't believe it doesn't come with longer screws and an additional set screw in the front. 5 stars for the part itself, very nice machining and finish.
