Limited Lifetime Warranty
Midwest Industries, Inc. stands behind every item we produce. If you are the original purchaser and a MI product fails due to a manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and you have not modified or abused the item, it will be repaired or replaced for life.
We are not responsible for items intentionally/accidently damaged or destroyed, or products damaged by abuse/poor maintenance. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part or parts which are returned to Midwest Industries,Inc. and are determined by Midwest Industries, Inc. to be defective.
This warranty, made to the original owner/purchaser, is not transferable.
The following items are excluded from this warranty:
1. Normal wear of product finishes and of all metal or plastic parts.
2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or modification.
Midwest Industries, Inc. offers a 60 day refund policy. After the 60 days, all returns will be processed as in-store credits. You MUST return the product from where you purchased it from.
All returns must include the original invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact email, and RMA number. Returns, refunds, and exchanges can take up to two weeks, not including transit times.
Please contact Midwest Industries, Inc. by email or phone to receive a RMA number. DO NOT return ANYTHING until you have made contact with Midwest Industries, Inc. to receive a RMA number.
Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are rifles, upper receivers, lower receivers, custom products, modified products, special orders, and items sold "as is" or "used" or clearance items.
Complementary products (Not manufactured by Midwest Industries)
Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has been opened or damaged; the unused product may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that if you are experiencing issues with any complementary products, we will direct you to work directly with the manufacturer of the item first.
When you are returning merchandise, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking numbers and that you place the full value of insurance on the parcels. Midwest Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us.
