In an effort to help reduce credit card fraud if your billing and shipping addresses do not match we will send you an email to notify you of the difference and ask for clarification of the different addresses.
Due to UPS shipments being diverted by UPS My Choice members in transit then claimed as "missing" or "undelivered" customers are no long able to change the delivery address on their packages. Our packages are direct ship only to the shipping address, if you have questions please call the shop. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Website orders are processed for fulfillment first thing in the morning each business day. Therefore orders received over the course of each day and night are not processed until the following morning. Orders for in-stock items will ship no sooner than the day after the order is placed. Please keep this in mind when selecting your preferred shipping method.

Items will ship via your selected shipping method. We will do so via U.S.P.S. Priority. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and U.S.P.S. are also available.
UPS 3 Day Select = 3 business days in transit from the day the order is SHIPPED (not from when it is placed)
UPS 2nd Day Air = 2 business days in transit from the day the order is SHIPPED (not from when it is placed)
UPS Next Day Air = will deliver the next business from the day the order is SHIPPED (not from when it is placed)
All orders placed on Thursday afternoon after 2pm CST or Friday morning before 9am CST with Next Day Air delivery selected may not be processed until the following business day. The package delivery will not be scheduled until Monday. Example- If you order before 2pm CST on Thursday your order may be shipped on Thursday and be received on Friday. If you order after 2pm Thursday your order may not be processed until Friday and you will received it on Monday. If you have questions about scheduled delivery please call us at the shop.
As long as all the parts ordered are in-stock, expedited orders in before 9:00 am central time will go out Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Select that business day. An expedited order received after 9:00 am central time will go out the next business day as long as all the parts are in-stock.
If your ordered an of stock item, an email will be sent as soon as possible with the expected lead time. Midwest Industries will hold items until all are available to ship, unless requested otherwise. Whenever Midwest Industries makes partial shipments, the customer will be billed shipping (as described below) for each shipment.
Shipping policies apply to all customer orders regardless of whether we receive the order via phone, letter, fax or through our website.
Our shipping charge for shipments via U.S.P.S. to a Post Office box will be determined and consist of U.S.P.S. fees. Customers are responsible for freight charges on all refused shipments and reshipped orders.
Credit Card Payment: Midwest Industries, Inc. does not charge your credit card until the merchandise ships.
Large orders may require a signature upon delivery.
